Job Purpose

As HR Executive – Talent Acquisition, you will own pan-India, end-to-end recruitment for Crescent Opto Private Limited and be a key driver of the company's manpower growth plans. Beyond hiring, you will get well-rounded exposure across onboarding, exit management, employee welfare and LMS coordination — giving you a strong platform to grow into a broader HR generalist or leadership role over time.

Key Responsibility Areas

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Pan India) – Primary Focus

- Own the complete recruitment lifecycle across all locations — from raising and approving requisitions/JDs to sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates.
- Drive salary negotiations, secure authorised sign-offs, and manage offer release with weekly tracker ownership until every position is closed.
- Initiate HRMS onboarding formalities once an offer is accepted.

2. Onboarding

- Design a smooth joining experience for new hires — welcome kit, system/access setup, induction and documentation.
- Track and handhold every new joiner on a weekly basis through their first 3 months to ensure strong retention.

3. Employee Exit

- Manage the exit process end-to-end and ensure timely deactivation of all access and systems, tracked weekly within TAT.

Employee Welfare

- Plan and execute engagement activities, celebrations and welfare initiatives that strengthen culture and morale, tracked on a weekly basis.

5. LMS (Learning Management System)

- Review the LMS Tracker weekly and coordinate updates to HR training content, supporting continuous learning across the organisation.

Candidate Requirements Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

Experience: 2–5 years of dedicated, hands-on experience in pan-India, end-to-end recruitment.

Industry Preference: Manufacturing or any relevant industry; prior experience in field force/sales team hiring will be an added advantage.

Key Skills

- Robust sourcing, offer-negotiation skills.
- Hands-on with HRMS, recruitment trackers and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Well organised and detail-oriented, with good communication skills (English/Hindi).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
