1. Lead the Human resources Department with overall responsibility of developing and managing the human resources of the organization.
2. Based on the organizational strategy, providing adequate support to the functional team.
3. Develop and implement Organizational Development Strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
4. Managing operational & strategic HR Practices such as Recruitment, Staffing, performance Management System, Staff orientation, development and training, compensation and benefits administration, Employee Relations, conflict resolution, welfare employee services and counseling.
5. Ensuring Proper Maintenance of all personnel and HR related documents for administrative team and factory laborer's.
6. Managing and coordinating organizational grievances system and disciplinary proceedings.

Analyzing Training & development requirement of employees & ensuring it is executed.
8. Managing General administrative matters at office and factory.
9. Implement Performance Measurement System in the organization.
10. Handle day to day issues of human resources. Implement all Human Resources initiatives within the organization.
Be the single point of contact for all departments for any issues, escalations for HR. Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
