We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in Calicut (Kozhikode). The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand job requirements and prepare suitable recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess skills, experience, and suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, selection, and joining.
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Maintain good relationships with candidates and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills may also be considered.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email, and job portals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Robust sourcing and candidate-screening abilities.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and organized.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
