Medical Global Academy is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive who can independently manage recruitment and support day-to-day HR operations.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, hiring, and employee onboarding and should be comfortable using multiple recruitment platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to joining
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, and other job portals
- Identify and shortlist relevant candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements
- Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
- Coordinate with employees and management on HR-related matters
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement activities
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in HR and recruitment
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, and other job portals
- Ability to independently handle end-to-end recruitment
- Good candidate sourcing and screening skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring timelines
- Proactive, organized, and target-oriented approach
