About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive with experience in recruitment to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hiring, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in sourcing quality candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, etc.
- Good understanding of sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
