Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff, technical and blue-collar positions.

- Handle sourcing, screening, interviews, selection and joining formalities.

- Manage employee onboarding, attendance, leave, HR documentation and exits.

- Coordinate payroll inputs, HR MIS and employee records.

- Manage contract labour and manpower requirements.

- Support employee engagement, grievance handling and welfare activities.

- Assist in statutory compliance and HR audits.

- Coordinate with departments for manpower planning and HR operations.

Key Skills: Recruitment, Plant HR, Employee Relations, Contract Labour Management, HR Operations, MS Excel, HR MIS and Labour Compliance.

Preferred: Experience in a manufacturing/plant setting.
