- Manage day-to-day HR activities and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee master data and personal files.
- Handle joining, onboarding, confirmation, transfer and exit formalities.
- Maintain attendance, leave and personnel records.
- Address employee queries and support employee engagement activities.
2. Payroll & Salary
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing and salary inputs.
- Verify attendance, overtime, leave and other payroll-related data.
- Coordinate with payroll/accounts team for salary processing.
- Handle salary-related employee queries.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll inputs.
3. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate compliance related to PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Labour Welfare Fund and other applicable requirements.
- Maintain statutory registers, records and documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants and government authorities whenever required.
- Support statutory inspections and audits.
4. HR MIS & Reporting
- Prepare monthly HR MIS and manpower reports.
- Monitor absenteeism, attrition, overtime and manpower costs.
- Maintain HR dashboards and other management reports.
₹3.60 LPA to ₹4.50 LPA, depending on experience, skills and suitability.
