ITxSential Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a disciplined, proactive and people-focused HR Executive (HRE) who can independently manage recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations and performance coordination.
This role requires someone who can understand both sides of HR: identifying the right people for the organisation and ensuring existing employees remain engaged, accountable and professionally supported throughout their tenure.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sound judgement, confidentiality, emotional intelligence and the ability to handle employees professionally across different situations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across different departments. Understand manpower requirements and translate them into clear candidate profiles.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, referrals and other relevant channels.
Conduct active headhunting for specialised and hard-to-fill positions.
Screen applications and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, communication and role suitability.
Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments.
Coordinate subsequent interview rounds with relevant team members.
Maintain an organised recruitment pipeline and candidate database.
Conduct reference and previous employment checks where required.
Handle salary discussions and negotiations within approved compensation ranges.
*Coordinate offer rollout, documentation and joining formalities.
Track recruitment metrics including source effectiveness, interview-to-hire ratio, offer acceptance and time-to-hire.
1. Employee Onboarding & Documentation
Manage joining formalities and employee documentation. Conduct structured onboarding and HR orientation for new employees.
Explain company policies, working standards, reporting structures and workplace expectations.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure new employees have the required access, resources and information.
Conduct structured check-ins during the first 30, 60 and 90 days.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
1. Employee Engagement & Workplace Culture
Regularly assess employee engagement, workplace concerns and team dynamics. Build qualified rapport with employees so concerns can be identified before they escalate.
Plan and execute meaningful employee engagement initiatives, team activities and brainstorming sessions.
Develop activities that encourage collaboration, communication and stronger interdepartmental relationships rather than conducting activities only for entertainment.
Collect employee feedback and identify recurring workplace concerns or engagement gaps.
Recommend practical initiatives to improve employee experience and retention.
Support a professional, respectful and performance-oriented workplace culture.
1. Performance Tracking & Reviews
Maintain structured performance records in coordination with employees' reporting managers. Track probation-period performance and coordinate confirmation reviews.
Facilitate periodic performance review cycles.
Maintain records of employee achievements, feedback, improvement areas and performance concerns.
Coordinate with management and reporting managers for increment, promotion and bonus evaluations.
Help ensure compensation decisions are supported by documented performance rather than subjective assessment alone.
Identify employees who may require additional support, training or performance intervention.
Assist in implementing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) when required.
Final performance ratings, increments and bonuses will be determined by management/reporting managers. The HRE will facilitate the process, maintain records and provide relevant HR inputs.*
1. Employee Relations & Retention*
Act as an accessible and professional HR point of contact for employees. Understand employee concerns while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.
Handle workplace grievances objectively, confidentially and without bias.
Identify potential disengagement, interpersonal issues or retention risks and escalate them appropriately.
Conduct periodic employee check-ins and retention conversations where necessary.
Support conflict resolution between employees or teams in coordination with management.
Conduct exit interviews and document actionable reasons for employee turnover.
1. HR Operations, Attendance & Payroll Coordination*
Maintain employee attendance, leave and related HR records. Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, approved leaves, incentives, bonuses and authorised deductions.
Ensure payroll information is accurate and submitted within defined timelines.
Maintain records related to employee compensation, increments and bonuses.
Coordinate employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, resignations and full-and-final documentation.
Maintain HR trackers, reports and employee databases accurately.
1. HR Policies & Workplace Discipline*
Ensure employees understand and adhere to company policies and employment terms. Maintain consistency in the implementation of attendance, leave, conduct and workplace policies.
Identify repeated policy violations or disciplinary concerns and escalate them through the appropriate process.
Maintain documentation for warnings, disciplinary actions and other formal HR communication where applicable.
Periodically review existing HR policies and recommend updates based on organisational requirements and applicable employment regulations.
Ensure sensitive employee and company information remains strictly confidential.
Required Qualifications & Experience*
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Mass Communication & Psychology
Minimum 1 year of relevant HR/recruitment experience.
Prior hands-on experience in recruitment and candidate sourcing is reuired.
Strong written and spoken English is mandatory.
Positive working knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing, job portals and candidate databases.
Comfortable conducting interviews, salary discussions and employee conversations.
Working knowledge of HR documentation, attendance, payroll inputs and performance review processes.
Basic understanding of applicable employment practices and workplace compliance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
