- Responsibilities

- Execute end-to-end bulk hiring cycles—from sourcing and screening to scheduling and closing—for 500+ monthly hires across pan-India locations.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define candidate personas, and align on selection criteria for high-volume positions.
- Manage candidate pipelines using ATS tools, ensuring 100% interview scheduling compliance and reducing time-to-fill by 30% YoY.
- Conduct mass screening calls, coordinate walk-in drives, and manage onboarding logistics for large cohorts across multiple cities.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, documentation,



and background verification protocols aligned with labor laws and client SLAs.
- Track hiring metrics (offer acceptance rate, dropout rate, cost-per-hire) and report insights to leadership weekly.
