Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding, including hiring for multiple locations.

- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Handle offer rollouts, joining formalities, and smooth employee onboarding.

- Maintain recruitment MIS, track vacancies, and monitor the overall hiring status.

- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and other HR-related documentation.

- Coordinate payroll-related activities and ensure accurate HR records are maintained.

- Assist in ensuring compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, and Gratuity.

- Support employee engagement activities, implement HR policies, and handle day-to-day HR operations.

Requirements:





- 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR and recruitment.

- Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment;

experience in out-of-city or multi-location hiring will be preferred.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and candidate follow-up skills.

- Valuable understanding of HR operations and statutory compliance.

- Proactive, well-organized, and capable of handling responsibilities independently.

- Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Kamrej, Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
