HR Executive (Generalist)
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive (Generalist) with 1–2 years of relevant experience to independently manage day-to-day HR operations and support the complete employee lifecycle. The role will cover recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, payroll coordination, compliance, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and reference checks.
- Post and manage job openings across recruitment portals and social media.
- Prepare offer/appointment letters and complete pre-joining formalities.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation.
- Maintain candidate and employee records in HRMS/Google Sheets.
2. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Plan and execute employee engagement, celebrations, and recognition initiatives.
- Address employee queries and concerns and support grievance resolution.
- Conduct employee feedback surveys and recommend engagement initiatives.
3. HR Operations & Documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave, and HR trackers.
- Prepare HR letters including confirmation, transfer, appraisal, experience, and relieving letters.
- Support HR policy implementation and ensure proper documentation and confidentiality.
4. Payroll & Compliance
- Verify attendance, leave, and overtime data for payroll processing.
- Coordinate with the payroll/finance team for timely salary processing.
- Maintain records related to PF, ESIC, Qualified Tax, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- Support HR audits and ensure compliance with applicable labour laws.
5. Performance & Employee Development
- Coordinate performance appraisal and probation confirmation processes.
- Maintain performance trackers and follow up with managers for timely feedback.
- Support training and learning & development initiatives.
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR Generalist functions, policies, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and payroll coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.

Job Type: Full Time
Location: Vashi
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturdays off)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
