Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and responsible HR Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience to support our recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations.

The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a basic understanding of HR processes, and the ability to coordinate effectively with employees and management.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
- Monitor attendance, leaves, late arrivals, and employee records.
- Assist with payroll inputs and salary-related documentation.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and other HR documents.
- Conduct employee engagement activities and help maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Handle basic employee queries and grievances.
- Coordinate performance reviews and employee feedback.
- Assist management with HR policies,



processes, and compliance.
- Manage exit formalities and full & final documentation.

Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of HR experience.
- Graduate or postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Comfortable using MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and recruitment portals.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
- Strong follow-up and organisational skills.
