Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and leadership positions.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, consultants, employee referrals, and campus recruitment.
- Conduct initial screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and offer management.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, and orientation of new employees.
1. HR Operations
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities including confirmation, transfers,
promotions, and exit formalities.
- Ensure timely issuance of appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain HRIS and employee databases with complete accuracy.
1. Payroll & Compliance
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leave records, overtime, incentives, reimbursements, and full & final settlements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory regulations such as
PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, and other employmentrelated compliances.
- Coordinate with finance and external consultants for statutory filings and audits.
1. Employee Relations & Engagement
• Address employee concerns and grievances in a professional and confidential manner.
- Foster a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives.
- Organize employee welfare programs, recognition initiatives, festivals, and teambuilding activities.
- Support employee retention initiatives and improve workplace satisfaction.
1. Performance Management & Learning
• Coordinate the Performance Management System (PMS), appraisal cycles, and goal-setting processes.
- Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external learning programs.
- Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
1. HR Policies & Administration
• Implement and monitor HR policies and company procedures.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.
- Participate in HR audits and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Support organizational development and change management initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management is preferred.
Experience
- 4-7 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial machinery, or constructionrelated industries will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Good understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience in payroll coordination and attendance management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
