Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Executive with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in HR operations. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of employee lifecycle management, payroll processing, statutory compliance, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR administration.

Candidates with only theoretical knowledge are requested not to apply. Practical experience in the responsibilities mentioned below is required.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HR files, and personnel documentation.
- Handle monthly payroll processing and related activities.
- Manage statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, LWF, and Professional Tax (PT).
- Prepare and manage ECR (Electronic Challan-cum-Return) for PF and ESIC compliance.
- Ensure timely completion of statutory returns and compliance-related documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave, employee data, and other HR records.
- Handle day-to-day HR administration and employee queries.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate documentation.




- Support management in various HR operational activities.
- Ensure HR processes and documentation are maintained accurately and confidentially.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of practical experience in HR operations.
- Hands-on experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Working knowledge of PF, ESIC, LWF, PT, and Bonus.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle HR responsibilities independently and maintain confidentiality.

Important Note We are specifically looking for candidates with actual hands-on HR experience. Candidates who have only academic/theoretical knowledge of payroll, PF, ESIC, ECR, and statutory compliance are requested not to apply.

Salary & Benefits

₹15,000 – ₹21,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and practical knowledge.
