Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive / Sr. Executive to support recruitment activities and day-to-day HR operations. The role will involve candidate sourcing, interview coordination, onboarding support, employee documentation, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing and screening.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employee onboarding and maintain required HR documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR-related data accurately.
- Assist with attendance and other routine HR operations.
- Coordinate with candidates, employees, and internal departments.
- Support day-to-day HR activities and administrative requirements.
- Assist the HR team with recruitment-related follow-ups and reporting.




- Travel across India may be required for recruitment, coordination, or business-related activities.

Candidate Requirements

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment activities and follow-ups.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers with relevant skills and good communication may also apply.
- Candidates with prior recruitment or HR experience will be considered based on their skills and experience.
