We are looking for a smart, proactive, and experienced HR skilled who can handle end-to-end HR activities independently.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end recruitment & hiring
- Employee onboarding & exit formalities
- Attendance, leave & payroll coordination
- Employee relations & grievance handling
- HR policies, documentation & compliance
- Performance management & appraisals
- Training & employee engagement
- Maintaining employee records & HR reports
- Supporting management in all HR-related matters

Requirements:

- 1 - 3 years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of complete HR processes
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities independently
- Good knowledge of MS Office / HRMS

Job Details:

Location: Ahmedabad

Job Type: Full time on site

Salary: 3 to 4 LPA
