We are looking for an experienced HR Cum Recruiter with strong recruitment and HR skills, specifically from the Jewellery Industry.

Position: HR Cum Recruiter

Experience: 2–5 years

Industry: Jewellery Industry – Mandatory

Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA

Working Days: 6 days a week

Week Off: Fixed

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM

Transport & Meals: Not provided

Key Requirements

- 2–5 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel
- Experience in creating and managing HR dashboards and reports
- Valuable stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Ability to manage the complete recruitment cycle

Interview Process Shortlisting → Technical Assessment → Manager Interview → Stakeholder Round
