We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-friendly HR Assistant to join our team at Purple Mango Media LLP. This role is suitable for a fresher or someone with up to 1 year of experience who wants to start and grow their career in HR.

The candidate will be responsible for:

- Handling recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews and following up with candidates.
- Understanding hiring requirements from different teams and supporting the complete recruitment process.
- Coordinating offer letters and joining formalities.
- Managing the onboarding process for new employees and ensuring all required documents are collected.
- Welcoming and introducing new employees to the team and organisation.
- Coordinating and conducting employee induction, including explaining company policies, culture and basic HR processes.




- Coordinating initial training for new employees and ensuring they have a smooth start.
- Maintaining employee and recruitment records and keeping HR trackers updated.
- Supporting employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives.
- Assisting the HR Manager with day-to-day HR activities.

Requirements
- Fresher or 0–1 year of experience in HR/Recruitment.
- Graduate in HR, Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates and employees.
- Positive follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to take responsibility.
