About The Role

We are seeking an Intern for the position of AI & HR Process Transformation to support our strategic initiatives in AI-driven HR modernization. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about integrating artificial intelligence and automation into HR functions to streamline operations and enhance decision-making capabilities. The intern will work closely with our HR technology team to analyze existing HR processes, identify automation opportunities, and develop innovative solutions using AI, machine learning, RPA, and other digital tools.

The role requires a balanced understanding of business processes and technological capabilities, emphasizing problem-solving and strategic thinking over pure technical expertise. Candidates will have the opportunity to contribute to real-world projects, develop proofs of concept, and gain valuable experience in the evolving field of HR technology transformation.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a relevant academic background in fields such as Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electronics, or related disciplines.



Final-year students or recent graduates with a strong portfolio of AI or automation projects are encouraged to apply. Candidates should demonstrate a keen interest in AI, machine learning, and automation tools, with hands-on experience in developing AI agents, chatbots, or similar solutions.

Basic programming skills in Python or other relevant languages, along with familiarity with APIs, LLMs, and system integrations, are preferred. Knowledge of RPA platforms like UiPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere, as well as understanding of prompt engineering and database management, will be advantageous. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities The intern will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end process of HR digital transformation initiatives, including:

- Gaining a comprehensive understanding of HR processes in areas such as HR Operations, Recruitment, Employee Experience, Payroll, Learning, Benefits, and Attendance.
- Analyzing process flows, dependencies, data points, decision criteria, and manual interventions to identify automation opportunities.
- Evaluating various technology approaches—including RPA, AI Agents, GenAI, Chatbots, ML, APIs, or traditional workflows—to determine the most suitable solution for each use case.
- Developing AI agents, bots, and automation solutions, including proof of concepts (PoCs), to demonstrate feasibility and value.
- Working with advanced AI/ML tools, LLMs, APIs, and automation platforms to support solution development.




- Assisting in data analysis, model validation, and output evaluation to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of AI solutions.
- Challenging existing processes and designing improved future-state workflows that incorporate automation and AI enhancements.
- Testing solutions, identifying edge cases, and supporting pilot implementations to assess real-world applicability.
- Documenting use cases, solution approaches, learnings, and recommendations for stakeholder review and future scaling.
