Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in HR analytics,
HR operations or people analytics
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis techniques
- Experience working with HRIS, ATS or payroll systems
- Ability to analyze workforce data and generate insights
- Experience preparing reports, dashboards and presentations for stakeholders
- Understanding of HR metrics, compliance and best practices
- Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
