- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and general HR operations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Benefits Administration and managing compensation-related processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and HR data management.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and compliance practices.
- Solid organizational, documentation, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software tools.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with staff at all levels.
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience; prior experience in construction or industrial sectors is an advantage.
