Role & responsibilities

- Ensure constant adherence to organisational standards in hygiene, cleanliness and maintenance of equipment, fittings and fixtures of the area under his/her control.

- Ensure passengers feedback and requests are promptly and efficiently responded to, to achieve customer satisfaction.

- Propose and ensure improvement in work by recommending changes in method, staffing and operations.

- Ensure training and development of employees under his/her purview.

- Ensure proper inventory management of resources (manpower, supplies) under his/her purview.

- Ensure adherence to the grooming standards by all employees under his/her purview.

- Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of interiors and exteriors of the stations.

- Responsible for timely audits of manpower, materials and equipments.

- Coordinate with engineering team for maintenance wherever required.

- Responsible for making month end reports, record maintenances and timely invoice submission.
