About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our Housing Finance team as Telecallers. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their housing finance requirements, and generating qualified leads for home loans.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers regarding Home Loans and Housing Finance .
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable loan products.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone conversations.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Collect basic customer information and documents as required.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further processing of qualified leads.
- Maintain daily call and lead records.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
Eligibility
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Good communication skills in English/Hindi/Marathi .
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Valuable convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates who are confident, energetic, and willing to build a career in Banking & Financial Services are encouraged to apply.
Training & Career Growth
- 15 days of structured training will be provided before/at the beginning of the role.
- Training will cover Housing Finance products, customer handling, calling skills, lead generation, and basic loan processes.
