Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Housekeeping staff role based in Haridwar. The Housekeeping staff member will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and common areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and waste disposal. The role involves changing linens, making beds, replenishing towels and guest supplies, and ensuring that rooms are prepared according to company standards.

The individual will inspect assigned areas for maintenance needs or safety hazards and report issues promptly, follow established cleaning procedures and checklists,



and handle cleaning equipment and materials safely. The Housekeeping staff member will also interact politely with guests when required, support other team members during peak hours, and adhere to company policies regarding health, safety, and confidentiality.

Qualifications

- Robust attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and common areas.
- Ability to follow instructions, cleaning checklists, and standard operating procedures consistently.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry cleaning supplies and linens throughout the shift.
- Basic time management and organizational skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Polite and professional behavior when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment is an advantage.
