- Make beds, change linens, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and dust all surfaces.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, fixtures, and high-touch areas.
- Refill toiletries, towels, and guest room supplies.
- Identify and report broken fixtures, lights, or appliances to the maintenance team.
- Greet guests politely and respond to special requests with friendly customer service
