- Managed and trained a team of housekeeping staff, assigning duties, monitoring performance, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Developed and implemented cleaning schedules, inventory control systems, and quality checklists to maintain operational efficiency.
- Collaborated with management to address guest feedback, resolve complaints promptly, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Oversaw procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and proper stock levels.
- Ensured compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Any degree
- 8+ years of experience in Housekeeping roles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
