Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Housekeeping & Property Management Staff member to take care of the cleanliness, maintenance, and day-to-day operations of our homestay property. The person will be responsible for ensuring a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for guests while managing the property in the owner's absence.

- Key ResponsibilitiesClean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, common areas, kitchen, and outdoor areas.
- Change bedsheets, towels, and other guest amenities as required.
- Prepare rooms before guest check-in and clean rooms after check-out.
- Ensure the property is neat, clean, and well-maintained at all times.




- Welcome guests and assist them with basic requirements during their stay.
- Handle basic guest queries and coordinate with the owner/manager when required.
- Monitor and report any maintenance, electrical, plumbing, or repair issues.
- Keep track of cleaning materials, toiletries, linen, and other property supplies.
- Coordinate with outside workers/vendors for repairs, laundry, gardening, etc., when required.
- Maintain basic records of guests, supplies, expenses, and property-related activities.
- Ensure safety and security of the property.
- Look after the property when the owner/manager is not present.
- Perform other day-to-day duties required for smooth operation of the homestay.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
