Position: Hotel Manager

Department: Operations

Job Summary:

The Hotel Manager will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring excellent guest service, productive operations, staff performance, revenue growth, and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the overall daily operations of the hotel.
- Supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other operational departments.
- Ensure high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Monitor room occupancy, revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase bookings and revenue.
- Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team for promotions and business development.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate hotel staff.
- Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing.
- Maintain hotel standards related to cleanliness, safety, hygiene, and security.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and hotel policies.
- Prepare operational reports for senior management.
- Monitor inventory, procurement, and cost control.




- Organize and supervise events, conferences, banquets, and special functions.
- Maintain strong relationships with guests, corporate clients, travel agencies, and other stakeholders.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- MBA/PG Diploma in Hospitality Management will be an added advantage.

Experience:

- 3–5 years of experience in hotel/hospitality operations.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial position preferred.

Working Conditions: Full-time position with flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by hotel operations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
