We are looking for a smart, confident, well-groomed and presentable Receptionist who can create a warm and professional first impression for our guests and clients.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, professional etiquette and a hospitality-oriented approach—similar to the grooming and service standards expected in the aviation/hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests, clients and visitors professionally.
- Handle front desk operations and maintain a welcoming workplace.
- Attend and manage incoming calls and enquiries.
- Manage visitor entries and coordinate with the concerned team members.
- Handle basic administrative and reception-related tasks.
- Maintain proper records, appointments and visitor logs.
- Assist guests with their queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.




- Maintain professional communication and workplace etiquette.

Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Smart, confident and well-groomed personality.
- Pleasant smile and positive attitude.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Professional body language and etiquette.
- Presentable appearance and strong sense of grooming.
- Ability to remain calm, polite and composed in different situations.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
- Prior experience in reception, hospitality, aviation, hotel, customer service or front-office roles will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
