- Supervise and coordinate daily Front Office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient guest service.

- Lead and guide Front Office Associates, ensuring proper performance and adherence to hotel SOPs.

- Manage guest check-in and check-out, room allocation, reservations, room upgrades, extensions, cancellations, and no-shows.

- Handle guest complaints, special requests, VIP arrangements, and service recovery professionally.

- Ensure accurate billing, payment posting, folio settlement, and invoice preparation.

- Monitor room availability and coordinate closely with Housekeeping for room status and room readiness.

- Use InnKey PMS for reservations, check-in/check-out, room allocation, guest profiles, billing, folio management, payment posting, room status, and reports.

- Verify daily transactions in InnKey and ensure all postings are accurate.

- Monitor cashiering activities, cash/card/UPI transactions, and shift closing.

- Prepare and verify Front Office reports, including occupancy, arrivals, departures, room status,



and revenue-related reports.

- Assist with or supervise night audit and ensure day-end procedures are completed correctly.

- Conduct regular shift briefings and ensure proper shift handover between team members.

- Coordinate with F&B;, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other departments to resolve operational issues.

- Train current Front Office staff on hotel procedures, guest handling, and InnKey PMS operations.

- Monitor guest feedback and maintain high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction.

- Ensure proper handling of guest records, keys, payments, and confidential information.

- Support the Front Office Manager in achieving occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction targets.

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹21,500.00 per month
