Hostel Study Staff – MVM Erode Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise students during hostel study hours.
- Monitor homework, assignments and daily revision.
- Clarify academic doubts and provide subject support.
- Help students prepare for tests and examinations.
- Identify students needing additional academic support.
- Maintain discipline and a focused study environment.
- Track students’ academic progress and report concerns.
- Coordinate with school teachers and the academic coordinator.
- Encourage valuable study habits, time management and independent learning.
Preferred Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate with good subject knowledge and prior experience handling school students.
