- Actasamentorandguideforstudents,providingemotionalandpastoralsupport.
- Monitorstudentbehavior,discipline,attendance,andadherencetohostelrules.
- Addressstudentconcernsandresolveconflictsinatimelyandprofessionalmanner.

HostelAdministration

- Managedailyhosteloperationsandmaintaindisciplinewithinthehostelpremises.
- Maintainhostelrecords,attendanceregisters,leaverecords,andincidentreports.
- Coordinateroomallocationsandmonitorhostelfacilities.
- Ensurecleanliness,hygiene,andupkeepofhostelinfrastructure.

Parent&SchoolCoordination;

- Serveasaliaisonbetweenstudents,parents,teachers,andschooladministration.
- Communicateregularlywithparentsregardingstudentwelfareanddevelopment.




- Coordinatewithacademicandadministrativeteamstosupportstudentgrowth.

Health&Safety;

- Ensurecompliancewithschoolsafetypoliciesandhostelregulations.
- Handleemergenciesandcoordinatewithmedicalpersonnelwhenrequired.
- Monitorfoodquality,hygienestandards,andoveralllivingconditions.

StaffManagement

- Supervisehostelsupportstaff,housekeepingpersonnel,andsecuritystaff.
- Ensureefficientfunctioningofallhostelservices.

EligibilityCriteria

- Graduate/Postgraduateinanydiscipline.
- PriorexperienceasaHostelWardeninareputedresidentialschool,boardingschool,oreducationalinstitution.
- Strongleadership,interpersonal,counseling,andcommunicationskills.
- Abilitytohandleadolescentstudentswithempathyanddiscipline.
- Knowledgeofhosteladministrationandstudentwelfarepractices.
- Willingnesstoresideoncampus.
