- Supervise and manage the day-to-day functioning of the hostel.

- Ensure discipline, safety, cleanliness, and proper conduct among residents.

- Maintain hostel attendance, entry/exit records, and other administrative registers.

- Monitor hostel premises and ensure compliance with hostel rules and regulations.

- Address residents’ concerns, complaints, and emergencies promptly.

- Coordinate with management, parents/guardians, security, housekeeping, and maintenance teams when required.

- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas.

- Ensure adherence to hostel timings and visitor policies.

- Handle emergency situations and take appropriate action when necessary.

- Organize and maintain a protected, comfortable, and positive living environment.

- Report incidents, maintenance issues, and disciplinary matters to management.

- Perform other hostel-related duties assigned by the management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
