Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Hospital Branch Manager to oversee the complete operations, administration and business performance of a Jeena Sikho HiiMS hospital branch. The candidate will be responsible for delivering quality patient care, achieving revenue targets, managing departmental coordination and ensuring compliance with organisational SOPs.

Jeena Sikho Lifecare Limited is a leading Ayurveda-based healthcare company operating a growing network of hospitals, wellness centres, day-care centres and clinics under the Jeena Sikho HiiMS brand. The company provides integrated healthcare through Ayurveda, Panchakarma, naturopathy, diet management and lifestyle modification.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the hospital’s day-to-day clinical, administrative and support operations.
- Ensure smooth coordination between doctors, nursing, pharmacy, Panchakarma, diet, front office, housekeeping and other departments.
- Monitor OPD, IPD, therapy, pharmacy and diagnostic performance.
- Achieve monthly revenue, patient-footfall, admission and occupancy targets.
- Improve patient experience and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
- Monitor patient admissions, discharge processes, billing and payment collection.
- Ensure proper implementation of treatment, diet and service SOPs.
- Maintain adequate manpower and coordinate with HR for recruitment, attendance, training and performance.
- Ensure availability of medicines, consumables and other operational supplies.




- Control branch expenses, inventory, wastage and operational costs.
- Conduct daily departmental reviews and submit MIS reports to management.
- Build referral networks and support local marketing, camps and outreach activities.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, fire safety, biomedical-waste rules and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, security and infrastructure standards.
- Coordinate with the corporate office and implement management decisions within defined timelines.

Required Experience

- 7–12 years of experience in hospital or healthcare operations.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a hospital branch-head, centre-head or senior operations role.
- Experience managing a multispecialty hospital, Ayurvedic hospital or wellness centre will be preferred.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- MBA/MHA or postgraduate qualification in Hospital Administration will be preferred.
