We are looking for a responsible, caring and dedicated Hostel In-Charge to oversee the day-to-day operations of our girls' hostel.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe, secure, disciplined, clean, and supportive residential environment for students. The role involves student supervision, attendance monitoring, hostel administration, student welfare, parent communication and coordination with the management team.

The ideal candidate should be mature, approachable, patient and capable of handling students with care and responsibility while maintaining appropriate discipline and professional boundaries.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise students and maintain hostel discipline and decorum.
- Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of students within the hostel premises.
- Monitor daily student attendance and maintain accurate hostel records.
- Maintain records of student entry, exit, leave and permissions.
- Monitor students' daily routines, study hours and hostel activities.
- Ensure the hostel workplace remains clean, hygienic and well-maintained.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen and support staff to ensure smooth hostel operations.
- Monitor food, cleanliness and basic student requirements.
- Address students' routine concerns and coordinate with management when necessary.




- Communicate with parents regarding hostel-related matters when required.
- Report any disciplinary, safety, health, or emergency concerns promptly to the appropriate management team.
- Ensure hostel rules and regulations are followed consistently.
- Conduct regular checks of hostel facilities and report maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate with management to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the hostel.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding student and parent information.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in hostel management, student supervision, residential campus management, warden duties, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle students with patience, care and maturity.
- Strong sense of responsibility towards student safety and welfare.
- Ability to maintain discipline while creating a supportive environment.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records and reports.
- Ability to respond calmly and responsibly to unexpected situations.
- Willingness to work in a residential hostel environment.

Note: Ladies-only preferred Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
