Job Title: Homeopathy Pharmacist

Department: Pharmacy / Clinical Operations

Reports To: Lead Doctor / Clinic Manager

Job Purpose :To safely prepare, dispense, and manage homeopathic medicines in accordance with medical prescriptions, clinical protocols, and statutory pharmaceutical regulations. The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of homeopathic pharmacology with a compassionate, customer-centric approach to patient care.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Dispensing & Compounding: Accurately measure, compound, label, and package homeopathic remedies (including dilutions, mother tinctures, triturations, and globules) based on practitioner instructions.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Track inventory levels, prepare purchase indents for medicines/tinctures, and ensure all substances are stored under proper conditions (away from strong odors and direct sunlight).
- Quality & Compliance: Strictly adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and legal guidelines governing alternative medicine pharmacy practices. Routinely discard expired or compromised remedies.
- Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous data logs regarding dispensed prescriptions, patient histories, controlled substance usage,



and stock inventory registers.
- Clinical Support: Assist the supervising doctor with basic clinical administrative tasks, patient registration tracking, and reports preparation when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: A Diploma in Homeopathic Pharmacy (D.H.P.), Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS), or a closely related pharmaceutical certification.
- Licensure: Valid registration certificate with the relevant State or National Homeopathic Board/Council.
- Technical Knowledge: Thorough comprehension of homeopathic pharmacology, posology (dosage), external applications, and handling mother tinctures.
- Soft Skills: Solid attention to detail, high ethical standards, operational discipline, and clear communication skills in dealing with diverse patient.

Preferred Experience

- 1 to 3+ years of experience working as a pharmacist within a dedicated homeopathic clinic, hospital, or alternative wellness center. Freshers with strong academic credentials may also be considered.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
