Role Description The Home Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, focused on guiding clients through their home search and purchase journey. This role involves meeting clients, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable property options, and conducting property visits.

The Home

Specialist will coordinate with developers and property owners, support negotiations, and assist clients with documentation and transaction processes. Daily responsibilities include providing high-quality customer service,



maintaining accurate records of client interactions and property listings, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for every client.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, understand client needs, and provide clear guidance.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to effectively present properties, handle inquiries, and support clients through decision-making and closing.
- Candidates should possess Home Improvement knowledge to advise on property features, upgrades, and practical aspects of home ownership.
- Candidates should possess Training capabilities to continuously enhance product knowledge and support knowledge-sharing within the team.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field are beneficial.
- Strong local area knowledge of Kolkata, proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends are advantageous.
- Prior experience in real estate, housing advisory, or related customer-facing roles is preferred.
