Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide high-quality patient care in the home setting, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans for patients with complex medical conditions.

- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and communicate effectively with families about treatment outcomes.
Job Requirements :
- 0.6-17 years of experience in nursing or midwifery (GNM).
- Strong knowledge of critical care, emergency response procedures, ICU protocols, surgical practices, and patient safety standards.
- Ability to work independently in a quick-paced environment while prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
