Role Description The Senior Home Advisor/Product Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. This role involves guiding potential homebuyers through the property selection process, understanding their requirements, and recommending suitable residential projects. The individual will conduct property presentations, explain product features and benefits, and coordinate site visits with clients.

The role includes managing leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems,



and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Advisor/Product Specialist will also support sales closures, assist in documentation, and provide post-visit follow-up and ongoing customer service.

Qualifications

- Solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and build long-term relationships.
- Proficiency in Sales, with experience in converting leads, negotiating, and supporting end-to-end transaction processes.
- Analytical Skills to understand market trends, evaluate project offerings, and match properties to customer needs.
- Experience in Product Management or product-focused roles, including presenting features, positioning offerings, and gathering customer feedback.
- Relevant experience in real estate, housing finance, or related industries preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, including visiting project locations and meeting clients in person.
- Comfort with CRM tools, basic MS Office applications, and documentation processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
