- Role & responsibilities

- Responsible for assisting in selection, design-elicitation, implementation, support, and organizing training for HMIS.

- Drive adoption of HMIS/EMR/EHR in the state.

- Vendor Contract management.

- Any other responsibility as assigned by the management.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in handling IT systems.

- Preferably 2+ years of post-qualification experience in government project(s).

- Experience in Healthcare IT Solutions, Telemedicine, Health Information Systems, and Digital Transformation initiatives

- Knowledge of ABDM/NDHM ecosystem, ABHA integration, HMIS/eHospital/EHR platforms

- Solid stakeholder management, training, communication, and project management capabilities

- Experience working with Government Health Programs (preferred)

Qualification

- BE/B-Tech/MCA with an MBA/ Post Graduate Diploma in Management with desired work experience

OR

- Master of Public Health with desired working experience.

- Proficient in the MS Office suite.
