Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 8-10 engineers while driving technical excellence.
- Own the design and development of scalable applications built on Python/FastAPI, AWS, PostgreSQL, and AI/GenAI frameworks.
- Contribute hands-on to development (~60% coding, 40% leadership).
- Drive architecture discussions, code reviews, and best engineering practices.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver high-quality business solutions.
- 6-10 years of software development experience.
- Experience leading small to mid-sized engineering teams.
- Robust background in backend development and cloud-native applications.
- Prior experience with AI/LLM-based solutions is highly preferred.
- Certification such as AWS Associate or PCAP Python Certification is an added advantage.
