- Financial Planning &
- Analysis: Own the annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes; provide actionable insights to leadership on business performance.

- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in compliance with applicable accounting standards.

- Management Reporting: Develop and maintain MIS dashboards, board reporting decks, and investor reports with accurate, timely financial data.

- Cash Flow &

- Treasury Management: Monitor working capital, cash flow projections, collection Management and banking relationships to ensure liquidity and optimal fund utilization.

- Statutory Compliance &

- Audit: Ensure timely compliance with tax laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax), statutory audits, internal audits, and regulatory filings (ROC, RBI, etc. as applicable).

- Fundraising &

- Investor Relations Support: Support due diligence processes, cap table management, term sheet review, and investor/lender reporting during fundraising rounds.

- Cost Management: Drive cost optimization initiatives, unit economics analysis,



and profitability tracking across business lines/products.

- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team; build scalable processes as the organization grows.

- Cross-functional Partnership: Collaborate with Sales, Operations, HR, Supply Chain, and Legal teams on budgeting, contracts, and financial decision-making.

Candidature:

- 8 - 12 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A; roles, preferably including exposure to a startup or high-growth company environment.

- Strong technical knowledge of Ind AS Indian taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax), and corporate compliance (Companies Act, ROC filings).

- Prior experience supporting fundraising, due diligence, or investor reporting is highly desirable.

- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering skills with the ability to translate numbers into strategic insights.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present to leadership, board members, and external investors.
