Role: Technical Lead / Senior Software Engineer

Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities

- Take end-to-end ownership of application development and delivery.

- Analyze requirements and prepare technical designs and architecture.

- Develop and maintain backend and frontend applications.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices.

- Coordinate with QA, DevOps, business teams, and other stakeholders.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical solutions.

- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery activities.

- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and architecture diagrams.

- Support deployments, releases, and production activities.

Required Technical Skills

- Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs





- Microservices architecture

- Hibernate/JPA

- MySQL / SQL

- MongoDB – good to have

- Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript
