Roles & Responsibilities

- Passionate to work in sales and business development team.
- Should have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Adequate experience to talk to customers over the phone.
- Should have the ability to present a product or service or the Company to the C Level executives.
- Excellent Documentation Skills, Meticulous in Planning and Execution.
- Worked in the US Market and US timing.
- Possess a valuable understanding of Hardware and Software from a user perspective.
- Be a target oriented and a team player




- Should possess some relevant Customer Service Skills & Technical Troubleshooting Skills.
- Should have worked on CRM or relevant Management software.
- Be very responsive and acknowledge wherever required.
- Should explore ways to make better presentations and get the customer interested.
- Analysing company Information, markets, trends
- Should track himself/herself against the metrics laid out.
- Should have a constant thirst and Energy to achieve and exceed Targets.
- Possess a never give up attitude to pursue customers.
- Possess Sales & Negotiation Skills.
