Responsibilities
- Min 10yrs + robust experience in SAP HCM (Core HR, OM, PA)
- Hands-on expertise in SuccessFactors (Employee Central mandatory)
- Extensive experience in SAP Payroll (multi-country payroll processing)
- Knowledge of payroll schemas, rules, and country-specific compliance
- Experience with integrations (SAP CPI, APIs, tools)
- Strong understanding of HR business processes
- Ability to work in global, cross-functional teams
