Metriqe Solutions is looking for experienced and dynamic finance & accounting professionals to join our growing team. We are hiring for multiple leadership positions ranging from Team lead to senior manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead finance & accounting operations across Record to Report (R2R), Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Manage month-end close and financial close activities within defined timelines.
- Review and analyse Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements and Balance Sheets.
- Drive Financial Reporting, Business Analysis and Management Reporting.
- Lead, mentor and manage teams to ensure high performance and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and manage key operational metrics, including attrition, shrinkage, productivity and team performance.
- Ensure adherence to process controls, governance and compliance requirements.




- Manage internal and external stakeholders and ensure effective communication and service delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence across finance processes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 8 to 18+ years of experience in finance & accounting.
- Solid experience in R2R, AP and AR.
- Strong knowledge of month-end close, financial close, P&L; and balance sheet analysis.
- Experience in Financial Reporting and Business Analysis.
- Proven experience in team handling and people management.
- Experience managing operational metrics such as attrition, shrinkage and productivity.
- Strong stakeholder management and client interaction and communication skills.
