Experience: 1+ Year in Freight Forwarding / Logistics

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle import freight pricing and prepare competitive quotations.

- Coordinate with shipping lines, overseas agents, customers and transporters.

- Manage import shipments from booking to final delivery.

- Follow up on pre-alerts, arrival notices, documents and shipment status.

- Coordinate customs clearance and delivery activities.

- Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation.

- Handle customer queries and ensure timely updates.

- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts and Operations teams.

Qualifications:

- Graduate with 1+ year experience in Freight Forwarding.

- Knowledge of import pricing, documentation and operations.

- Good communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.

- Positive knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
