We are hiring dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter for our consultancy. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. The role involves handling end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing and screening candidates.
Key Responsibilities
1.Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
2.Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per client requirements
3.Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidate suitability
4.Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients
5.Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases
6.Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
7.Achieve hiring targets and contribute to team goals
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: PUC / Any Graduate
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Requirements for Fresher
*Strong willingness to learn recruitment
*Good communication skills For Experienced Candidates:
*Prior experience in recruitment/consultancy
*Hands-on experience in sourcing and screening candidates
*Understanding of end-to-end recruitment cycle
*Familiarity with job portals and hiring tools
Salary & Benefits:
Freshers: 18,000 per month
Experienced: Up to 30,000 per month (based on experience)
