Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end home loan processing for customers purchasing Urbanrise properties.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs and financial institutions for loan applications, sanctions and disbursements.
- Collect, verify and process customer KYC, income and financial documents.
- Follow up with customers and lending partners to ensure timely loan approvals.
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Finance and Legal teams for smooth loan processing.
- Resolve customer queries related to loan eligibility, documentation, sanction and disbursement.
- Maintain accurate records and regularly update the status of loan applications.
- Track pending documents, approvals, sanctions and disbursements and ensure timely closure.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with banking and financial institution representatives.
- Ensure compliance with lender requirements and company processes.
- Support customers throughout the complete home-loan journey until disbursement.
