Key Requirements

3+ years of relevant experience in Surgery Coding / Quality Analyst roles

Strong knowledge of General Surgery Coding and coding guidelines

Good understanding of ICD-10-CM, CPT & HCPCS

Experience in reviewing coding accuracy and identifying errors

Solid knowledge of documentation, compliance and client-specific guidelines

Ability to provide detailed feedback and support continuous quality improvement

Good analytical and communication skills

Candidates with relevant coding certification are preferred
